All ticket sales made through All-Access Pass are generally final and cannot be refunded unless you purchased applicable refund protection. A ticket that is not used or redeemed for the event for which it was issued will be treated as forfeited. Event details—including performers, schedules, attractions, and programming—may change at any time. A change, cancellation, or substitution involving an artist or performance does not automatically create a right to a refund. If an event is postponed, canceled, or only partially held for any reason, the event organizer will determine whether refunds, credits, rollovers, or other remedies are available. Tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled or future event at the organizer’s discretion.
Tickets may be obtained through All-Access Pass or through another official ticketing service or link authorized by the event organizer. Tickets acquired from unauthorized sellers, scalpers, resale websites, or other unofficial sources may be counterfeit, duplicated, invalid, or otherwise unusable. Such tickets will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund. If you buy from a third party, you are solely responsible for confirming that the ticket is legitimate and valid.
Admission requires presentation of a valid ticket, wristband, credential, or other approved entry method issued for you and the applicable event. Any wristband or credential must remain intact and be worn, displayed, or retained as instructed. Altering, cutting, damaging, transferring, or otherwise tampering with an admission credential may invalidate it and may lead to removal from the event or the requirement to purchase a replacement ticket.
If your ticket, wristband, credential, or other admission method is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise unavailable, re-entry is not guaranteed. You accept responsibility for protecting your admission credential and acknowledge that it cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any person who creates, alters, duplicates, sells, or uses fraudulent tickets, wristbands, credentials, or other admission materials may be denied entry and referred to law enforcement or prosecuted as permitted by law.
All-Access Pass and the applicable event organizer may deny admission or remove an attendee when permitted by these Terms, event policies, or applicable law. Entry may be conditioned on compliance with reasonable security procedures, including searches of persons, bags, and belongings. Prohibited items may include firearms, knives, weapons, glass containers, illegal drugs or controlled substances, fireworks, explosives, and any other item restricted by the event organizer or venue.
Neither All-Access Pass nor the event organizer is responsible for items that are confiscated, discarded, lost, or damaged during security screening or while attending an event. If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, contact the event organizer before arriving.
Because events may occur in venues, parks, outdoor spaces, or other environments with specific safety and preservation requirements, attendees may be required to follow rules such as the following:
Vandalism, defacement, destruction, or damage to the venue, premises, event property, equipment, structures, decorations, lighting, installations, landscaping, plants, trees, or other property is strictly prohibited.
Do not carve, climb, pull on, hang from, or otherwise damage trees, branches, leaves, plants, vegetation, or other natural features.
Do not dig up, remove, or disturb plants, vegetation, soil, or landscaping.
Do not approach, feed, handle, chase, or interfere with wildlife, including bobcats, frogs, lizards, toads, snakes, birds, and mammals.
Do not climb over, move, bypass, tamper with, or damage barriers, fencing, barricades, or other safety structures.
Do not mark, deface, damage, dismantle, tear down, or destroy any portion of the venue, grounds, structures, decorations, lighting, equipment, or event installations.
The responsible individual or group will be held liable for any damage, loss, repair, replacement, cleaning, or restoration costs and may be charged accordingly.
Violating these requirements may result in immediate removal, denial of re-entry, liability for resulting damage, and/or exclusion from future events.
By attending an event, you grant All-Access Pass and/or the event organizer permission to photograph, record, or otherwise capture your image, voice, likeness, and participation. These materials may be used for advertising, promotional, editorial, archival, or other lawful purposes without additional notice or payment. Attendees may take photographs or record video for personal, non-commercial use with personal devices, excluding SLR or DSLR cameras, provided they do not enter press areas, block views, interfere with operations, or use tripods, selfie sticks, or similar equipment. Recordings made at or near an event may not be used for commercial, promotional, broadcast, or public purposes without prior written permission from All-Access Pass and/or the event organizer.
Events may proceed in rain or other ordinary weather conditions. If severe weather, a public health emergency, a pandemic, or another circumstance beyond the organizer’s reasonable control creates a safety concern, All-Access Pass and/or the event organizer may delay, modify, suspend, relocate, or cancel some or all of the event in accordance with applicable safety procedures. A cancellation or change caused by weather or another external circumstance does not guarantee a refund, credit, or other compensation. Any available remedy will be determined by the event organizer.
All-Access Pass and event organizers may implement health and safety requirements to protect attendees, employees, contractors, performers, and other participants. These requirements may reflect current guidance from federal, state, county, or municipal authorities, as well as venue or industry practices. Depending on the circumstances, attendees may be required to comply with screening, masking, testing, vaccination, distancing, capacity, sanitation, or other conditions of entry. Requirements may be announced before the event, displayed at entrances, communicated electronically, or enforced at any time during the event.
Gathering at an event may expose you to COVID-19 or other contagious illnesses. You acknowledge that communicable diseases can cause serious illness or death and voluntarily accept the risks associated with exposure before, during, or after the event, regardless of how exposure occurs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and waive claims against All-Access Pass, event organizers, event partners, venues, affiliated companies, and their respective personnel arising from such exposure or illness. Health requirements, including proof of vaccination or a negative test, may be introduced or changed at any time. Compliance with those requirements does not create a right to a refund, chargeback, or other payment reversal.
By entering an event, you knowingly accept the risks and hazards connected with attendance, whether those risks are known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, and whether they arise before, during, or after the event. These risks may include death, bodily injury, illness, property loss, property damage, or other harm resulting from the event, the venue, the conduct of other attendees, or the acts or omissions of event-related parties. Your use of the ticket is conditioned on your voluntary acceptance of these risks to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Events may include high-volume music, amplified sound, lighting effects, lasers, strobes, flashing or rapidly changing lights, LED displays, smoke, fog, pyrotechnics, and other special effects. By attending, you acknowledge that these effects may be present and may cause discomfort or pose risks to individuals who are sensitive to sound, light, smoke, or similar conditions.
A ticket is a limited, revocable license that permits the holder to attend the specific event identified on the ticket, subject to these Terms, venue rules, event policies, and applicable law. The license may be revoked, and admission may be denied without compensation, if you violate these requirements, engage in unlawful conduct, create a safety concern, or otherwise interfere with the event or the rights of other attendees.
You agree to reimburse, defend, and hold harmless All-Access Pass and the Event Parties—including their affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, officers, directors, members, trustees, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns—as well as venues, ticketing providers, sponsors, promoters, performers, and their respective representatives, from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and costs arising from your acts or omissions at the event, on event property, or while traveling to or from the event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, discharge, and agree not to sue All-Access Pass or any Event Party for claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities connected with the event, your attendance, or your travel to and from the event. This release applies whether the claim is based on ordinary negligence, gross negligence, or another theory of liability, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
When necessary to protect attendees, staff, performers, property, or public safety, All-Access Pass and/or the event organizer may take action without advance notice or compensation, including: (i) postponing, canceling, pausing, interrupting, or ending an event; (ii) temporarily keeping attendees on the premises after the scheduled conclusion; (iii) evacuating or partially closing the event site; or (iv) refusing entry or re-entry even if you hold a valid ticket.
Event organizers may revise any part of an event at any time, including the venue layout, schedule, programming, performers, attractions, production elements, or order of performances. These changes may occur without prior notice and do not automatically entitle you to compensation or a refund. Artist substitutions, cancellations, or lineup changes will not create a claim against All-Access Pass or the event organizer.
Artist and performer names appearing in advertisements, listings, schedules, or other promotional materials are provided for general informational purposes. Their inclusion does not guarantee a particular billing position, performance length, headline status, or appearance. Any listed artist, act, or performer may be changed or removed without advance notice.
All-Access Pass may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted, unless a different effective date is stated. The date below identifies the most recent update.
