Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or use the All-Access Pass website and services (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages, event listings, forms, or other content that you view, what websites or search terms refer you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.

“Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

“Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally, when you register for an event, purchase a ticket, submit a form, subscribe to communications, or otherwise use certain services through the Site, we may collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, payment information, email address, phone number, event registration information, and other information necessary to provide the requested service. We refer to this information as “Order and Registration Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order and Registration Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order and Registration Information that we collect generally to fulfill requests and transactions made through the Site, including processing ticket purchases or registrations, providing event confirmations and related information, and communicating with you about your transactions or event participation. Additionally, we use this information to screen transactions for potential risk or fraud and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to events, services, promotions, or other offerings available through All-Access Pass.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud, and more generally to improve and optimize our Site, including by generating analytics about how users browse and interact with the Site and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties when necessary to provide and support the services available through All-Access Pass.

For example, we may use third-party service providers to process payments, manage event registrations and ticketing, provide website hosting, deliver email communications, analyze Site usage, or provide other services necessary to operate the Site.

We may also share certain information with event organizers, venues, promoters, or other authorized parties when necessary to facilitate an event registration, ticket purchase, event communication, admission, or other service requested by you.

We may also use Google Analytics or similar analytics services to help us understand how users interact with the Site.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING

As described above, we may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. This may include information about events, promotions, services, or other offerings available through All-Access Pass.

For more information about how targeted advertising works, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s (“NAI”) educational page at http://www.networkadvertising.org/understanding-online-advertising/how-does-it-work.

You can opt out of targeted advertising by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal at: http://optout.aboutads.info/. Additionally, you may request to opt out on the individual advertiser’s website.

EMAIL NEWSLETTER

We operate an email newsletter program used to inform subscribers about events, services, promotions, and other information supplied through All-Access Pass. Users can subscribe through an online automated process should they wish to do so but do so at their own discretion. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.

Email marketing campaigns published by All-Access Pass or its owners may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity may be tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates, and frequency of activity, among other information as needed.

This information is used to refine future email campaigns and supply the user with more relevant content based around their activity.

Subscribers are given the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign. If an automated un-subscription system is unavailable, clear instructions on how to unsubscribe will be provided instead.

EXTERNAL LINKS

Users are advised to click on all external links at their own risk. This includes social media buttons, event organizer websites, ticketing platforms, advertisers’ links, or any other such link that takes you away from the Site.

All-Access Pass is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of external websites or third-party services. Users should review the privacy policies of those websites before providing personal information.
